Working together

Who manages my Google Ads account, and which markets do you serve?

Every account is managed directly by Sadekul Islam, an independent Google Ads and conversion tracking specialist. There are no junior account managers or handoffs. I work remotely with local service businesses and agencies worldwide.

What kind of cost per lead and results have your local service campaigns achieved?

Across verified Google Ads and Local Services Ads records, results include cutting a US cleaning company CPL by 81% (from $149.00 to $27.89 across 51 leads), delivering 72 cleaning enquiries at $12.03 CPA, generating 42 Florida LSA leads at $33.86 CPL, recording 74 pest control leads at $13.35 CPA, and generating 68 auto detailing shop conversions at $20.14 CPA.

Is there a long-term contract for Google Ads management?

No. Sadekul Islam works on month-to-month terms in paid 30-day periods after a one-time setup to build and optimise the campaigns. Management is then a monthly fee quoted in writing for your scope. You can cancel anytime with no exit penalty. You pay Google directly for ad spend from your own billing profile.

When will I know if my Google Ads campaign is working?

Before launch, you and I agree on a written test budget cap and a review date, usually 21 to 45 days depending on your trade. On the review date, your one-page monthly report shows ad spend, recorded calls and forms, search terms blocked, and a clear recommendation to continue, change, or stop.

Do I keep 100% ownership of my Google Ads account and GTM container?

Yes. Your business retains 100% admin ownership of your Google Ads account, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property, Web and Server-Side Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, and negative keyword lists at all times.

Do I need a CRM like ServiceTitan or Jobber before starting?

No. I track and test phone calls and quote forms in GA4 and GTM, and report the spend and recorded conversions behind every dollar. Following up leads and tracking jobs in your own system stays with your team.

What happens in the free 30-minute tracking and ads review?

It is a free 30-minute, read-only review of your Google Ads account, GA4 property, and GTM container. I check for wasted search terms, broken call or form tags, double-counted conversions, and location leaks. You keep the notes and starter negative keyword list with no obligation to hire me.

When is your Google Ads service not a good fit?

It is not a fit if your team cannot answer incoming phone calls during business hours or has no capacity to take on new jobs. Clean tracking and high-intent ads only work when calls are answered and followed up.

Free tracking and ads review

What does the free Google Ads and tracking review include?

Sadekul Islam inspects your Google Ads search terms, location settings, GA4 events, and Google Tag Manager triggers using read-only access. You get a ranked list of wasted-spend leaks and broken tags, plus a clear next step.

Is the tracking and ads review really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to hire me. The relationship starts with account evidence rather than a sales pitch.

What account access do you need for the review?

I only need temporary read-only viewer access to your Google Ads, GA4, or GTM account. Never send passwords or billing access.

What happens if I do not hire you after the review?

You keep all of my audit notes, the tracking diagnosis, and the starter negative keyword list to use in your own account.

Conversion tracking

What is included in a Google Ads and GA4 conversion tracking setup?

Sadekul Islam configures and tests Web GTM, Server-Side GTM on Stape, GA4 generate_lead events, call tracking duration rules, Enhanced Conversions, and Meta CAPI deduplication so every call and form is counted once.

How do you prevent double-counted conversions in Google Ads and GA4?

I assign shared event_id keys between browser tags and server tags, enable form validation in GTM so empty clicks never fire, and ensure GA4 imports and native Google Ads tags are not both set to Primary.

When does a local service business need Server-Side GTM on Stape?

Server-Side GTM helps when customers take more than 7 days to book on Safari/iOS, use ad blockers, or convert across Google Ads, GA4, and Meta. I only add a server container when it solves a real attribution gap.

Landing pages for ads

Do I need a brand-new website to run Google Ads?

Usually not. I audit the landing page your ads already use and list specific fixes for headline message match, mobile tap-to-call buttons, short 3-field quote forms, and GTM event triggers.

How do landing page fixes lower Google Ads cost per lead?

When your page headline repeats the exact search term and puts a working call button and short quote form above the fold on mobile, more clicks turn into verified enquiries without raising your ad budget.

For agencies

Can you work under my agency name?

Yes. I can work behind your account, or you can introduce me to your client. I share a report that shows what the records support. I never claim a return the records cannot support.

Will you approach my client directly?

No. The client relationship is yours. I work through you, bill you, and take account access from you. If a client contacts me first, I route them back to you.

What do you need to take over an account?

Read-only access first, so I can audit before quoting. Then standard admin access to the Google Ads account and the tag container. The account and the container stay in the client’s name. I do not migrate work into an account I control.

How is this billed?

A one-time setup, then a monthly fee per account, quoted in writing for the scope, not a percentage of ad spend. That matters for you: your margin does not shrink when the client scales budget, and I have no incentive to recommend spend the numbers do not justify.

What if the audit says the client should not be advertising?

Then I write that down and you decide how to use it. An audit that says stop is more valuable to you than one that manufactures a reason to launch, because you are the one who has to keep the client next quarter.

Can you fix tracking without taking over the campaigns?

Yes, and it is the most common way agencies start with me. Tracking is a bounded, one-time build with a screenshot-verified handoff. If your in-house team runs the campaigns well but nobody can say which calls and forms came from the ads, that is a measurement gap, not a management gap.

How many accounts can you take?

A small number at a time, because reading a search-term report line by line does not scale the way a template does. If capacity is full I will tell you when it opens rather than accept the work and thin it out.

What happens if the client leaves?

They keep the account, the container, the negative keyword lists, and the reporting history, because those were never mine to hold. The same rule protects you: nothing about this arrangement is designed to make leaving expensive.

Still have a question? Send it with your numbers.

What did your last ads cost, including fees? Are you getting the right calls and quote requests? Share the numbers you have.

I reply within 12 hours. You hear from me, not an account team.

Rather talk first? Pick a time that suits you.
