Privacy, stated plainly.

What is collected

Three things, and only when you act. The contact form sends your name, email, business, and message to me through Web3Forms, which forwards the email and does not keep a copy. Booking a call sends your details to Calendly, under Calendly's own privacy terms. And a Google Tag Manager container loads on every page, which is how I measure which pages lead to enquiries.

What the tag container does

Google Tag Manager is a loader, not a tracker. What it measures depends on the tags configured inside it, and that configuration can change without this page changing. So rather than list them, here is the rule I hold myself to: I measure enquiries and the pages that produce them. I do not run advertising pixels that follow you to other websites, and I do not send your email address or your message into any analytics tool.

If you want the container blocked, any content blocker will do it, and the site works normally without it.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage, which never leaves your device and is not sent to me. Google Tag Manager and Calendly may set their own cookies when they load.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept while the conversation is useful and deleted on request. Calendly data follows Calendly's retention rules. Analytics data follows Google's retention setting for the property, which is at most 14 months.

Ask for a copy of what I hold, or ask for it deleted, and it happens. Email sadekul@sadekulislam.com.

Separately, and this is the part that matters most in the work itself: you own your Google Ads account, your tag container, your conversion data, and any recordings I make for you. That does not change when an engagement ends.
