About Sadekul Islam

I manage the return on your money. Google Ads is where the money happens to be.

Based in Bangladesh, working with local service businesses across the US, UK, and Canada. I work with owners who want a direct operator, a bounded first decision, and a report that does not stop where the money starts.

The account that set the standard

$447.00 a month. Three leads. Nobody could say why.

A residential cleaning company was spending $447.00 a month on Google Ads and getting 3 leads at $149.00 each. The budget was active, the phone was not ringing, and no report could say which clicks were becoming customers.

I rebuilt the account from scratch: conversion tracking first, in GTM and GA4, then the negative keyword list, then the campaign structure. Month one produced 13 leads at $53.49 while the account accumulated clean data. Month two produced 51 leads at $27.89.

The owner called to say she was hiring two new cleaners and had stopped working weekends.

That engagement set the standard everything on this site is built on: trace the money first, prove the return at small scale, and scale only what is proven. The full record, screenshots included, is in the evidence library.

The standard

One person, a clear line of accountability.

I build and manage the work directly. The person who sees the search term, conversion path, and campaign spend is the same person responsible for explaining what happened to the owner.

Two working rules follow from that. I verify that your form fills, phone clicks, and WhatsApp taps are firing correctly before I spend a dollar. And I review search terms and adjust against them daily in the early weeks, not in a weekly batch.

Measurement keeps the work honest. Return is what the business pays for.

The client’s side

Confirm the booked work.

Once a month, I need ten minutes to confirm which tracked enquiries turned into jobs and what those jobs were worth. No confirmation, no Ledger. The report will say exactly where evidence stops.

Who I work with

Local service businesses with real capacity.

Most clients have 1 to 10 employees and advertising budgets between roughly $500.00 and $3,000.00 a month, across the US, UK, and Canada. The trades I know deepest are plumbing, HVAC, roofing, pest control, cleaning, and auto detailing.

The same playbooks serve neighboring trades: landscaping, junk removal, pressure washing, handyman services, painting, garage door services, and similar local service work.

Why local services only? Because vertical playbooks compound. The negative lists, seasonal calendars, and booked-job economics of these trades take years of reconciled accounts to accumulate, and a specialist who splits attention across e-commerce and SaaS never accumulates them.

Claim no higher tier than the data supports.

The counting rules behind every number I publish are on one page: the attribution standard.

Questions owners ask me directly

Working with one operator.

How many clients do you manage at once?

A deliberately small list. I manage every account myself, with no handoffs, and the daily search-term discipline above does not survive an overloaded roster. When the list is full, I say so.

What happens in the first 30 days?

Trace, then prove. The tracking is verified first, then the structure, ads, and negative list are built, then spend begins inside the written cap. The first monthly review puts real numbers on the table.

How do I know your numbers are honest?

Check them. Every claim states its verification tier, every case study shows its source screens, and the attribution standard runs the bias in your favor. When I know something about your money that you do not, my job is to tell you fast.

The first decision

Set a bounded first bet.

Before any campaign launches, set the spend cap, proving period, and verdict date in writing.
