Client and starting point

What needed to change.

A mobile detailing business needed ads matched to its packages, service radius, and availability. A default conversion count would mix a booked job with a wrong number. The tracking had to tell a booking from a contact from a call before we could tell if the spend worked.

Starting point: New campaign launch for a mobile detailing business

When the numbers come from: February 7 to 28, 2026, a 21-day window

The problem

What the campaign needed.

One mixed conversion count hides the difference between a booking and a curiosity call. Detailing ads also bleed budget into car-wash searches if the queries are not controlled. The spend was small, $429.07, so there was no room for waste.

The approach

Work applied to the record.

  • Ran one focused campaign on high-intent detailing searches, matched to the packages and radius the business could actually serve
  • Separated the conversion goals so bookings, direct contacts, and phone calls each reported as their own outcome
  • Reviewed search terms against the car-wash-versus-detailing split and cut the queries that could not become detailing jobs
